Not for residential plans. You go month to month and can cancel anytime. No early termination fees, no hoops. Business plans have flexible contract terms that we'll walk through before you sign anything.

Are there data caps or throttling?

What are "burst" speeds?

Burst speeds are the maximum throughput your connection can reach during low-demand periods. Your plan speed (e.g. 200/40 Mbps on Plus) is the committed rate. During off-peak times, you may see speeds up to the burst level. Think of it as bonus headroom.

Do you offer static IP addresses?

Static IPs are available on all business plans and included at no extra charge on Business Plus and Business MAX. If you need a static IP for residential use, contact us and we'll work something out.
