These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of internet services and this website provided by Streamline Internet, a service of Streamline LLC (“Streamline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to our service or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Agreement

By subscribing to Streamline Internet service, you agree to these Terms, our Network Management Policy, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable service-specific terms communicated at the time of signup.

2. Service Description

Streamline provides fixed wireless internet access to residential and business customers in Hendry County, Florida and Golden Gate Estates, Collier County, Florida. Service requires the installation of a subscriber antenna at your premises within range of a Streamline tower.

Service availability, speed, and quality depend on factors including distance from the serving tower, signal quality, terrain, network load, and customer equipment. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver consistent service at your subscribed speed tier, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

3. Plans and Pricing

Current plans and pricing are published on our Plans & Pricing page. Streamline offers a lifetime price lock on all plans: the monthly rate at which you subscribe will not increase for the duration of your service. This applies to the base plan rate only and does not apply to optional add-on services, government-mandated fees, or taxes.

We reserve the right to modify available plan tiers, features, and pricing for new subscribers. Any changes to existing subscribers’ plans will be communicated in advance.

4. Residential Service — No Contracts

Residential and first responder internet plans are provided on a month-to-month basis with no term commitment. You may cancel at any time without penalty or early termination fees.

5. Business Service

Business plans may include contract terms that are discussed and agreed upon before service activation. Contract duration, terms, and any applicable early termination provisions are specified in your individual business service agreement.

6. Installation

Standard installation includes mounting a subscriber antenna on your home or business, running cabling to an interior location, and configuring a WiFi router. Standard installations are provided at no charge for residential and first responder plans.

Non-standard installations (requiring extended cable runs, specialized mounting, or additional labor) may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

Streamline-provided equipment (antenna, router, cabling) remains the property of Streamline unless otherwise specified. Upon cancellation of service, Streamline reserves the right to retrieve installed equipment.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Streamline’s service in compliance with all applicable laws and our Network Management Policy. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

  • Any unlawful activity
  • Resale or redistribution of service (residential and standard business plans)
  • Interference with other subscribers’ use of the network
  • Unauthorized access to networks, systems, or data
  • Transmission of malware, spam, or malicious content
  • Any activity that degrades network performance for other subscribers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of these Terms or our Network Management Policy, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

8. Resale Prohibition

Residential, first responder, and standard business internet plans are for use at the subscriber’s premises only. You may not resell, redistribute, or extend service to third parties or adjacent properties. Operating as an internet service provider using Streamline service is prohibited unless you have a Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) agreement that expressly permits such use.

9. Equipment and Network Access

You are responsible for maintaining your own devices, computers, and internal network equipment (beyond the Streamline-provided router). Streamline is not responsible for the performance, security, or configuration of customer-owned equipment.

You agree not to tamper with, modify, or interfere with Streamline-installed equipment, including the subscriber antenna, cabling, and router.

10. Service Interruptions

Streamline strives to maintain 99.9% network uptime. However, service interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
  • Equipment failure
  • Weather events, power outages, or natural disasters
  • Third-party infrastructure issues beyond our control
  • Network security incidents

Streamline is not liable for damages arising from service interruptions. Business MAX and DIA customers with SLAs are governed by the specific remedies outlined in their service agreements.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the practices described therein.

Streamline cooperates with law enforcement in accordance with applicable law. We will comply with valid subpoenas, court orders, search warrants, and other legal process. We reserve the right to retain network data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, including obligations related to CALEA, CSAM reporting, and DMCA compliance. See our Network Management Policy for details.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streamline’s total liability for any claims arising from your use of our service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for service during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Streamline is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Streamline, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Streamline services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us before initiating any formal proceeding.

16. Modifications

Streamline reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If a modification materially reduces your rights or increases your obligations, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the change takes effect. You may cancel your service without penalty during this notice period.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Network Management Policy, Privacy Policy, and any applicable service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Streamline regarding the use of our services.
