Why Streamline.
Locally owned. Locally operated. Built specifically for the communities the big providers wrote off.

We're from here.
Streamline Internet isn't a national brand that discovered Hendry County on a coverage map. We live here. Our techs grew up here. We know the roads, the neighborhoods, and the people.
When the big ISPs decided rural Southwest Florida wasn't worth the investment, we built a network anyway. Hendry County partnered with us, trusted us, and gave us access to county land so this infrastructure could be built the right way. Today that same network serves county facilities and supports public-safety communications for sheriff, EMS, and fire systems.

What makes us different.
Not slogans. Not promises printed on a brochure. This is how we actually operate.
Local ownership.
Decisions are made in Southwest Florida, not a boardroom in Dallas. You can meet the people who run this company at the Swamp Cabbage Festival.
Trusted county partnership.
Hendry County backed this buildout and granted access to county land for tower sites. In return, Streamline serves county facilities and helps strengthen emergency communications by hosting public-safety radio infrastructure for sheriff, EMS, and fire operations.
Local techs. Same day.
Our technicians live in the service area. When something breaks, they drive over. No two-week scheduling window. No contractor from three counties away.
Emergency-grade network.
Every tower has three independent data feeds (wireless + ground fiber) and battery backup. If one feed goes down, another takes over automatically. Select sites have generators for multi-day runtime when utility power is out. This is infrastructure built for hurricanes, not just sunny days.
No residential contracts.
People stay because the internet works, not because they're locked in. Month to month. Cancel anytime. Zero penalty.
Lifetime price lock.
Your rate never increases. Not after year one. Not after year five. The price you sign up at is the price you keep.
Real people on the phone.
Call (239) 214-6971 and talk to someone who knows your zip code. Not a phone tree. Not a chatbot. Not someone reading a script in another time zone.
Unlimited everything.
Unlimited data on every plan. No caps, no throttling, no overage fees. Your internet works the same on the 1st of the month and the 31st.
How fixed wireless works.
No satellite dishes. No phone lines. Here's the simple version.
We build towers across the service area.
Streamline operates a network of wireless towers throughout Hendry County and Golden Gate Estates. Each tower is engineered with three independent data feeds using wireless and ground-based fiber transport, plus battery backup. If one feed fails, another kicks in. If the power goes out, towers stay online, and select sites can run for days on generator support.
A small antenna goes on your home or business.
A local technician installs a compact outdoor antenna on your roof or exterior wall. It points toward the nearest tower. The whole install takes about an hour.
Your Wi-Fi is up and running.
The antenna connects to an indoor router. You get fast, low-latency internet throughout your home. Speeds up to 600 Mbps, unlimited data, no phone line required.

"We needed internet services, so I contacted Xfinity for my service. It was over 3 weeks that we waited for them to hookup our service. They kept sending me out a tech we needed them to drop the line, because it was a new home. I called Streamline and they had our service on in about 3 days. Geo came out and access our property to see if we were able to receive their services. Geo was such a polite and kind person when he came out. Geo inform me that I will receive feedback to see if our properly qualify for their service. Within a few hours, Omar, inform me that we qualify to get their internet service and we were so delighted. Although we were delighted, we were also skeptible. Because of our experience with xfinity. But sure enough Omar, Geo and Vanessa, they were on the job, getting it done so quickly. Even in the rain. I must say this trio was such a delight to have in our home to install our internet service. It's been a long time since we've experienced this type of service. It only been 2 days and we are enjoying our new internet service. Thanks for having integrity and give a great customer service. "
"Very friendly and great communication. Service is excellent and they work hard to keep you up and running. "
"Excellent service. My experience has been very good from the beginning. They are always on top of any issues and provide fast support whenever something happens. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I am very satisfied and highly recommend them. "
Common questions.
How does fixed wireless internet actually work?
A small antenna on your home connects wirelessly to a nearby Streamline tower. The signal travels a short distance with low latency, delivering speeds up to 600 Mbps. Think of it like a cell tower, but dedicated to internet service. No phone lines, no satellite dish, no digging trenches.
Is it really better than satellite?
For anything real-time, yes. Satellite signals travel to orbit and back, adding 500+ milliseconds of delay. That makes video calls choppy and gaming impossible. Fixed wireless from a local tower gives you 10–30ms latency. You also get unlimited data without the strict caps satellite providers impose.
What about DSL? My neighbor has DSL.
DSL speed degrades the farther you are from the telephone exchange. In rural Hendry County, that usually means under 25 Mbps on a good day. Streamline's fixed wireless delivers 100–600 Mbps regardless of how far you are from town.
Does weather affect the signal?
No. Rain, storms, and Florida's afternoon thunderstorms have no impact on Streamline's service. This is one of the key advantages over satellite, which can lose signal during heavy rain or cloud cover. Our network maintains 99.9% uptime regardless of weather.
Do I need a clear line of sight to a tower?
No. Streamline uses non-line-of-sight (NLOS) technology, which means the signal doesn't require a clear, unobstructed path to the tower. The signal can work through moderate vegetation and around typical obstacles. We check each address individually to confirm signal quality at your specific location.
Who owns Streamline?
Streamline is locally owned and operated in Southwest Florida. The team lives and works in the same communities they serve. This isn't a franchise or a subsidiary of a national carrier.
